Broken gallery thumbnail

Picture and thumbnail

A broken icon instead of an uploaded picture indicates a thumbnail problem. The picture itself is most probably OK.

Reset the thumbnail

• To regenerate the thumbnail, open the album and click the picture with the broken icon.
• Click Edit Photo, select the Crop Thumbnail tab, and press Reset to default.

Gallery and avatar uploads

• Users can upload multiple pictures to the picture gallery at the same time.
• Only one avatar can be active, so only one can be uploaded at a time.
